This plot represents the situation of many small, flat supermarket buildings with extensive traffic spaces around them. Our project merges a commercial zone at ground level with new residential levels above.
Via preliminary building permits for five locations we were able to transform 5.400 sqm GBA retail into 24.600 sqm GBA commercial & residential. Having accomplished these new settings we were able to sell the projects directly to developers.
