For several years we operated an ex-supermarket at Holzmarktstraße as art gallery and exhibition hall HO|BERLIN. The well-known venue does not need to be demolished. It provides identity and a multifunctional base for a new office tower. Ten new levels of production spaces for green city- und web 4.0-projects profit from being connected to the flexible spaces below.
HO|CENTRAL – an elemantary part of the city’s inventory is being preserved and charges a new volume - which itself builds on the delicate design of the former GDR supermarket.
