This apartment building from the 1960s after almost 60 years is not attractive any more for new tenants. Furthermore, it makes sense to plan for an extension if anyway facades, installations and fit-out need renovation.
The historic elegance is carved out again and completed by a set-back roof element – as if it has been always like this. Upon creation of these conceptual basics we were able to find a specialised operator for this scenario.
